Poor stability

Chain is super heavy but the rope, the main part that holds the chain is so cheap! It ripped off immediately when I tried for the first time. And the team didn’t bother about it even after several calls.

For them we have to change it as it is very negligible…. Why on earth should I do after spending 5000/- rs on it!?
