Shipping Policy

Zevar ("we", "us") operates www.zevar.com. This policy explains how and when your order is shipped.

1. Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹999.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout and collected with your payment.

2. Dispatch time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and national holidays.

3. Delivery time (India)

Delivery generally takes 8–9 business days from the date of order, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. International orders

For international orders, please contact us on WhatsApp before ordering; we will confirm availability, shipping cost and timelines. Any customs duties or import taxes are payable by the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by SMS / email / WhatsApp to follow your shipment.

6. Change of address

Delivery address can be changed only before the order is dispatched.

7. Stock availability

We try to keep stock counts accurate. If an item in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you and either ship it when restocked or refund that item to your original payment method.

8. Damaged or lost parcels

If the parcel looks damaged or tampered with at delivery, please refuse it if possible and contact us right away. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we will process a replacement or refund once the courier investigation is complete.

9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

10. Returns

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or wrong items reported within 3 days of delivery. Please see our Refund & Return Policy for details.
